False. Obama is going way beyond anything Clinton did, by literally firing a CEO, and telling another company with whom Obama decided that they must partner. All of this without Congressional consultation/oversight, without even making his case to the people before doing it. Forget the fact it's completely unconstitutional to begin with. His deficit spending eclipses anything any president before him has ever done, fiscally speaking. Both in real terms and as a percentage of GDP. It boggles the mind, actually, when you add it up. Obama is taking this country to a very dangerous place Constitutionally, and it's not even a matter of subtle interpretation of this or that clause. He's doing things that simply aren't in the charter, period. And he's actively ignoring things that are. In foreign policy, as you will soon see, he's moving away from Europe/NATO/etc. and actively courting dictators in the ME (Assad in particular), and creating new alliances with Muslim countries. To what end? And he's only been in office about 60 days. I can't figure out why you're literally blind to how dangerous he really is, you keep trying to equate him to frat-boy Clinton, and assuming our political system can withstand his daily, deliberate, determined assault on our economic system. The spirit behind his power is qualitatively different than anything before experienced in this country, and it's not a spirit of freedom. But the scales are locked firmly on a lot of eyes these days, and most people are barely shrugging their rights away, when indeed they bother to pay attention. As long as the outrage benefits them -- breaking them out of legally binding mortgages, punishing somebody else for their legally obtained riches, bankrupting somebody else to pay for their upkeep, stepping all over the rights of shareholders at somebody else's company, etc. -- they think it's just fine, bring on the pork, brotha'. We've lost our republic and don't even know it yet. - Bob > -- > Regards, > > Pete > http://pete-theisen.com/ > http://elect-pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
