>> So if I send out the Inno Setup exe after all this, everything should get patched?<<
>From a runtime perspective, yes. It is up to you to decide which files get replaced for your application. My other recommendation is to do a complete system test on the new service pack before you ship. Each of the VFP 9 Service Packs both fixed and introduced new bugs. SP2 for instance has a couple of reporting bugs that have burned people. Most have workarounds, and a couple do not (Group Header report bug is the one that hurts people the most). Check the Visual FoxPro Wiki pages to see the detailed reports already compiled by the community and the fixes and workarounds you can apply. http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~VFP9SP2BugList~VFP http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~SolutionsToVFP9SP2Bugs~VFP Rick White Light Computing, Inc. www.whitelightcomputing.com www.swfox.net www.rickschummer.com _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/016601c9b2ea$08890a60$199b1f...@com ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
