>From a runtime perspective, yes. It is up to you to decide which files get
replaced for your application.

My other recommendation is to do a complete system test on the new service
pack before you ship. Each of the VFP 9 Service Packs both fixed and
introduced new bugs. SP2 for instance has a couple of reporting bugs that
have burned people. Most have workarounds, and a couple do not (Group Header
report bug is the one that hurts people the most).

Check the Visual FoxPro Wiki pages to see the detailed reports already
compiled by the community and the fixes and workarounds you can apply.
