The VFP9T.DLL has to do with in-process servers. It has nothing to do with
data specifics.

The changes in the last hotfix don't apply to VFP9T.DLL, but this release
rolls up all changes made in the three hotfixes and keeps the runtime
versions synchronized, which in my mind reduces the confusion.
