That's right folks, it looks like Sybase is really interested in getting
some VFP action. The link below is for a free 2 user developer version. I
have no need to use it, but may play with it just to see how it behaves.

You are welcome to forward along this link with your email. It requires
them to fill out a form, but there's no cost for the 2 user.

Thanks again!

If you are willing to do so I can let the ProFox folks know of that offer.
You may get some takers. For myself, since most of my SQL needs are for
internal use while providing services to clients, and any clients I have do
not restrict me from using Open Source solutions, a 2 user development copy
would not be of any use. I really do all I need with VFP and PostgreSQL. I
think the folks who are going to find this of interest are those who can't
use Open Source solutions per clients or employers, find SQL Server Express
lacking capacity (4Gb database limit), need something that is natively
secure and scalable, a price point that is cost effective, and an easy
migration path laid out for them from a pure VFP solution. That is the
sweet spot I see ADS brings to the party.

If you are able and willing to offer the 2 user developer license to the
group en masse let me know, and I will put it out there for you.

Regards,

Thanks again. I sincerely appreciate you doing this for me. If you're
interested, I'd be happy to provide you with a free 2 user development copy
of ADS to play around with. No strings attached, of course. :)
