You would need to embed the Internet Explorer ActiveX control into a form on
your application.
An example of how this has been done can be found:

I have recently found a couple of Anti-Virus programs will prevent the
ActiveX from being instantiated. 

The only other thing that comes to mind is to shellexec the url and let the
default browser process the webpages.
