I've noticed Denise's MacBook adapter getting quite hot, so I think there's definitely a design problem here. I mostly only plug in my MacBook to change the battery, not to charge it, so I've never noticed this problem on my system. All that guy needs to do is walk into any Apple Store at a busy time and he'll get overwhelming help and support. He'll walk out with any computer he wants!
