Can't you just picture working with this guy though? Hearing him at the coffee 
pot:

"Fuck! You say it takes 3 teaspoons of grind but what is that based on? Because 
your 
fucking mother did it that way? Can't you get it through your fucking mind that 
grind 
coarseness might come into play here, and that you've never even considered 
averaging 
the number of grinds per teaspoon, much less tracking the standard deviation? 
Fuck!" 
But then he goes ahead and drinks the coffee you made anyway.

Then again maybe he's the quiet introvert type at work, and only rants when 
online.

I'm left asking: do people like this guy, or otherwise?

So, he succeeded.
