Hi Leland, That's what it always is. Millions of jittery sheep who have too much money already suddenly perceive a threat that they might not continue to have too much money. SO they start acting like they don't have any money and the first thing you know it is a self-fulfilling fear resulting in their not having any money. Rich people being cowards.
