If you add the Docklet "Stacks Docklet" then you also get the grid/Fan stack just like a Mac http://rocketdock.com/addon/docklets/1791 To complete it all you can even skin it to look like the Mac http://rocketdock.com/addon/skins/4939 An Excellent utility which has meant that I can clean up my desktop.
