Actually I respect him for that. :) But in general he's got a terrible case of foot-in-the-mouth disease and has weekly radical oral pediectomies. He makes Bush and Palin look verbally smart and disciplined by comparison. Clearly, he didn't read the piece of fiction below, much less write it. The whole bit about her probing oral questioning is a farce... most of her dissenters point to clear lapses in her ability to get to the heart of the issues or ask such penetrating questions. This will come out in the hearings, which will be heard by nobody. It's moot really -- she will be confirmed. It's too bad because she is the ultimate "judicial activist" and a poster child for "legislating from the bench".
