Boy, I WAS tired.  I failed to mention that this was a SQL Passthrough 
to an Oracle database.  In any event, I bagged it, went to bed, and 
looked it over again this morning.  My fix was valid, so I ran it and it 
completed successfuly.  Thanks for replying, though!
