A freind from church just got a contractor job probably under that
area.  From what he has told us, he keeps recon flights scheduled who
take images of the ground.  Those are then fed into the computer and
it knits the same land frame together over time.  In essence you get
an animation over x sq acres.

I won't go into more on this because it's all opinion on what they do
with the data  ;)
