When debating with dumb people it is amazing how often they make statements just like that. It is as if logic fails to permeate their minds. if a country is so poor that their housing is lousy and their transportation system is a disaster then is it even LOGICAL to make the leap that they have a great health care system? it MIGHT be true that their health system is better than the USA for illegals and dirt poor but that would be as much as you could say. as a general statement it is ludicrous.
