While I do not use Outlook through VFP to any great degree
(just sending messages through it), I found the program mentioned
below to work for me.

      Take a look at:

security_outlook.zip
      2009-05-20
      Advanced Security for Outlook
      downloaded starting from http://mapilab.com/outlook/security/
This allows disabling the warning message when Outlook is used by other
      programs.

It works fine from my testing. There is a bit of a
glitch. When it starts, it has forms that appear stating what was
done. These can be suppressed. They should be suppressed. Because
they are modal (the glitch) forms, they freeze the program
(presumably stopping the program from preventing whatever activates
Outlook security) and Outlook security will be activated. Once you
disable the forms displaying, Outlook security will no longer get activated.

Sincerely,

Gene Wirchenko
