The Great Satan might let you have it for a while and then sue you. Or 
they *might* just let it go. How many lawyers have you got on your payroll?

I am not a lawyer. That said, you could probably register it easily 
enough. It would probably not be a crime, but it is most likely against 
*civil* law for you to use it,  or any copyrighted material, so they 
could sue if they cared to.

What if you munge it? F0xPr0mat.com or whateverf0xpr0.com? They would 
most likely still win if they sued but it might hold off the search 
engines for a while.
