It seems to me that it was Obama who was telling America that the sky was falling, eventually people began to believe his hipe, he even kept it up after he was elected.

There were a lot of businesses who started laying off as soon as Obama was elected to raise some cash for the inevitable higher taxes. Obama is going to raise anyone making over 1 million a year an extra 5.4% So, if you are a business with 100 employees, and you make 2 million a year, you will pay an extra $54000 a year on the second million. Where do you get the extra money from? You fire an overhead employee. So an extra secretary, janitor, or other non income-producing employee gets fired. Then add to that the added Government borrowing that is preventing businesses from borrowing money, and you have the public sector squeezing out the private sector. Now add the fact that all these companies have to provide health care or else be fined per worker, and you have a business community who is getting totally screwed by Obama. Yes, there would be less people unemployed had McCain been president. ************************************************* Join the OBAMA RESISTANCE MOVEMENT! http://www.cafepress.com/rightwingmike/6181419 --- On Wed, 7/15/09, MB Software Solutions, LLC <[email protected]> wrote: > From: MB Software Solutions, LLC <[email protected]> > Subject: Re: [OT] Obama poll numbers in free-fall > To: "ProFox Email List" <[email protected]> > Date: Wednesday, July 15, 2009, 2:37 PM > Michael Madigan wrote: > > Amd now you're proud about 9.5% unemployment and a 2 > trillion dollar deficit, right? > > > And under McCain, we'd have less unemployment, right? > I don't know that > that wouldn't have been the same.
