Unfortunately the DEFINES are hidden by a graphic of the example form
and I cannot justify the $100.00 to subscribe especially not knowing
that it is what I want.

However I think I can work out what the code is doing, so if no other
ideas are forthcoming then I will give it a go.   I was hoping someone
would come up with a call to a windows dll which would just do it.
