I can connect to a remote connection with no problem using Windows XP Pro.  A
client on his VISTA laptop can't connect to the same connection.  He can
connect using the local segment 192.168.1.6 but he cannot connect via the
outside IP connection.

It sounds like a trusted zone issue, but is it?

Where is the setting located so I can talk him through it over the phone?  I
have no vista machines here.
