handle files with parentheses, brackets and spaces in their names?  A

Support: Yes, sir, I understand that your computer just 
exploded.  That key combination is a special case though, and you 
should not have used it when the computer told you to press any key.

End User: Where is that documented?

Support: It isn't, sir.  It is simply common sense.  Just ask any one 
of our expert programmers.  Besides, you didn't read the 
documentation anyway, did you?
