At the moment there are just two of us inputting into it, and we are both using different logins which only allow us to edit our own entries. If you want to set it up. I could get my Web Programmer to do it when he comes in on Saturday, and he could phone you to discuss. (I can make free calls to the USA) There are at least two others that can be installed b2Evolution and Pivot neither of which am I familiar with. It also says something about Nucleus as a bloging option. There are also at least 3 different forums. phpBB which is the one I use and also Simple Machines Forum and XMB Forum.
