Man, is this guy getting screwed! He has to refund the entire amount despite Apple taking 30% commission! Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. What's worse is that Apple completely stonewalls the guy and refuses to answer why it was pulled or what he can do to get it back into the store. Apple really looks bad on this one,imo. MFs!
