At best he's being deceptive about his intent with respect to private
insurance. If we are to take seriously anything he said before and anything
his supporters and allies say even now, he's clearly lying about the intent
to use the next "reform" as a means to stick a fork in private insurance.

So when he says, you get to keep your insurance if you like it, this is
totally disingenuous. And what he's doing must then be calculated to make
matters worse, so as to create an environment where he can get what he
really wants.
