Hummmm.... let's see this last sentence...
"Well that's why the Republican plan wants to change the law to forbid

due to existing conditions.", now let's take the "or" out of the 
sentence so as to simplify it :
"Well that's why the Republican plan wants to change the law to forbid 
insurance companies from dropping you from participating due to existing 
conditions."
So now please someone explain to me how can someone "drop you from 
participating"?   WHAT THE HELL IS HE SAYING!?!?! He doesn't event take 
the time to make sense, shit just drops from his mouth hole without any 
continence.
