Anyway, I'll try to redo what I wrote, and

put in manual breaks hoping MS won't 

screw this up.

 

SELECT *, .T. as lSelected ;

     FROM <<original cursor>> ;

     INTO CURSOR ;

          <<new cur
     READWRITE

 

That's the short of it. You could do

just partial fields for performace 

if you needed to.
