Peter, Could be related to CommandBars-VFP interface, eg. I've found any 3rd party library to VFP integration is never perfect.
I'm also not a fan of VFP 9's SP2 reliability. We finally gave up on it and went back to SP1. Of course others on this list have a very different opinion of SP2 so your choice of SP's may boil down to which feature set of VFP your application really uses.
