Liberalism is a mental disorder. They can look at FEMA and still want the government to run health care. What's wrong with someone like that? Do they make the same mistakes over and over in their own personal lives too? When faced with the overwhelming amount of data showing that government runs nothing correctly, they still choose government. What's wrong with them? Were they dropped on their head as a child?
