That's not a "telling off." That's a nudge in the right direction, a
gentle bump to remind you that your friends here (and that includes
me) are here to help and to be helped, and we expect some effort on
everyone's part to ask questions only after poking at the problem a
bit themselves, looking around for an answer, trying a few things,
maybe even Googling a bit.

If you took offense, please forgive me. If you're kidding me back,
well, you got me.
