I am going to guess it is trying to create a backup of the _foxcode table in
a subfolder of VFP and it does not have permission to do so because you have
it loaded it in the VFP folder. You can try running VFP with Admin access
and see if it works. I have my tools loaded in a separate folder outside of
program files.

I get a filename in a roaming directory. Oh yes it's on Vista Ultimate.
Intellisense is turned on. The app is in the Visual FoxPro Projects
directory.
