Alternatively, copy them all to a separate folder in Outlook then export the
contents of that folder to a CSV file.  Open the CSV in Excel and delete all
columns except the sender's email address.  You can then cut and paste or
use them as the source for a Word mail merge to email or import them into a
DBF and write a short program to email them individually.  If you use the
latter also install ClickYes to save having to keep clicking on Yes.
