Yes, the XMLSS format. I do give a presentation about this at Southwest Fox
next month. XMLSS is a text based (XML) format supported by Excel which
gives you full control over work sheets, formatting, etc. and can be
generated from VFP very quickly. It's supported from Excel 2000 onwards.
