I didn't see the zip, I see the self-extracting zip setup -- that is
blocked because it is an exe file.

You are right, 5.3.5 was just release -- I don't know where the
version 7 came from. I was trying to get 5.3.4 because it is considered
a stable release, but I can't download it because it is in an exe
format.
I apologize for the confusion. I wish I could get a copy (by dl
here at work) of Inno.
