This reminds me a VFP 3 programs that get this error when the memory is 
over 768MB. Sometimes putting the icon to start in w95 compatibility 
mode can work. Other times, taking memory out of the computer.
Windows Vista did a better job of reducing the memory when running in 
compatibility mode.
