Tracy,

Thanks for your feedback on this. I really appreciate it. And, what you
suggest does seem to make sense. My only issue - is that it SEEMS to
happen most often with particular menu options - like this Style Inquiry
option.

Regards,
Kurt

If you move the mouse during the click, the OS may determine it as a
drag
event. We've had clients bring up similar mouse event behaviors. It is
more
prevalent on Vista than XP, but has been there since 95 at least.

HTH,
Tracy

Hello there folks,

I was curios to know if anyone else here has come across this problem
before
- with the VFP Menu operating in a rather erratic fashion. We've been
having
the problem here with this application we built, which uses the standard
VFP
menu system. And, the problem has happened with our client - and they
were
the ones to initially bring this to our attention.

So, this is the specific problem. We have a Style main menu option at
the
top, and in the drop down there is a Style Inquire option. There are
times -
and this ONLY happens Sporadically - that when this menu option is
selected,
that nothing appears on-screen. And, if the user selects it Again - Then
the
screen will appear...
