Hi Everybody, I say it is an annoyance and perhaps a security risk to give out personal data over the web in exchange for content. How often do you fill out page after page of a questionnaire only to find that the last page requires something that you will not give out. Another way to look at it is that the programmer has stolen 10 minutes from you and thus is a thief.
I think a standard should be adopted that data mining requirements be disclosed up front.
