        My point was that for most companies it is much more likely to suffer  
an outage on an internally-managed system than it is for any of the  
large hosting companies. Unless you have a full-scale, highly-trained  
IT department that insists on redundant everything, you're going to  
have outages. It's a fact of life. The idea is to minimize the risk,  
and for most businesses, outsourcing the hardware will do just that.
