1) Yes 2) Yes 3) it will still work 4) None that I have found I also use REFOX, and depending on the encryption level, some debugging methods I use, or sharing code between executables will stop with the deeper levels of encryption with REFOX.
-----Original Message----- From: Sytze de Boer Sent: Wednesday, November 11, 2009 3:17 PM Recently, a client of mine "opened" my EXE with Word, and exposed large chunks of Code I knew this could be done but it never bothered me Then I noticed he was looking at code that should not be available "in the wrong hands" So, I now compile the EXE with encryption ticked My questions are 1 Do you guys/guyesses encrypt your exe ? 2 My Inno compiled project is now double what it used to be. Is that just a consequence I have to live with ? 3 My error routine returns the line number in case of errros. Will that still work? 4 What other consequences are there -- Regards Sytze de Boer Kiss Systems Hamilton, NZ Ph: 64-7-8391670, Mob:64 21 937611 URL: www.kiss.co.nz _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/003601ca631b$48c1fce0$da45f6...@com ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
