Never mind... It turns out to be a ReadOnly issue with textbox I was trying
to paste into.

Subject: Copy/Paste in VFP app on Win 7 (64-bit)

I just switched to Windows 7 64-bit, and I am having a problem the Paste
function in my VFP app. I use some old basic Edit pulldown menu in my app (I
forget where I even got this menu, but I've had it for years and it's always
worked fine. I think it was originally copied out of some Wizard generated
app from years ago.)

Anyway, now that I'm on Win 7, the Copy menu item does work, but after you
Copy something into the buffer, if you click the Edit pulldown menu again,
the Paste menu item is still disabled.

I can confirm that the Copy routine works because I can Paste the Copied
text into another app, like Notepad.

But, the VFP app will note Paste anything, and again, the menu choice to
Paste is indeed disabled. Even Ctrl+V does not work.

Anybody seen or heard of this?

Would this be a 64-bit thing or just a basic Win 7 thing?
