OK, for whenever/if ever ProFox lives again, LunalPages unblocked Ed's IP and domain name. Actually, they found no block, so they Whitelisted it for me.
So the question remains: who is blocking ProFox? I have lovely Comcast cable service, but Thunderbird is configured to pull ProFox mail directly from my domain on LunarPages. Comcast isn't involved in the transaction.
