Hi Everybody, I am ashamed to even mention this:
http://majman.net/fly_loader.html I had it running in a forgotten window. I wound up rebuilding my power supply thinking it was making noise. When I restarted the noise was gone. Then it came back when I restarted the browser, with that window still not showing. Oh, well.
