He's really not that great a liar since there is NO WAY to spin that he came anywhere close to even TRYING to fulfill these promises regarding transparency, open negotiations, and including everyone who cared in the debate. He's really a very bad liar, which is why his popularity has plummeted to levels Bush didn't see until after his fourth year in office.
