He probably has a snowball's chance in hell of winning but kudos to
Scott Brown for pointing out the obvious. It's really sad that Gergen,
allegedly a journalist now, and the whole lamestream media with him,
paint it as "Kennedy's seat." As if he bought it, or was born into
it. It shows how far from our republican roots we've wondered, that
these people are treated like royalty with attendant divine rights to
power. Or more to the point, how far we've been lead astray.

I really hope Brown wins, just to end the filibuster proof Democrat
majority in the Senate. But also because it would be a wake up call to
the emerging DC thugocracy that the People won't be laying down their
rights or their wallets without a fight. Actually considering it's
Massachusetts it would almost be a revolutionary act. Dare I say it? A
tea party...

I don't want to get my hopes up but I'm encouraged that there is even
a race....that alone speaks volumes. The Dems were taking "Kennedy's
seat" for granted and it's nice to see them sweat a little. I'm sure
ACORN/SEIU will put the kabosh on any voter revolt in that no-man's
land for Republicans, that's what they're for, but we'll see...

"It ought never to be forgotten, that a firm union of this country,
under an efficient government, will probably be an increasing object
of jealousy to more than one nation of Europe; and that enterprises to
subvert it will sometimes originate in the intrigues of foreign
powers, and will seldom fail to be patronized and abetted by some of
them. Its preservation, therefore ought in no case that can be
avoided, to be committed to the guardianship of any but those whose
situation will uniformly beget an immediate interest in the faithful
and vigilant performance of the trust." [Federalist Papers #59]
