I'm not a speller, and would be no contest against Maddie. However, my daughter, Marnie, would give Maddie a run for the money.
Marnie Jackson Padilla graduated summa cum ladue from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor of science degree, which is quite an accomplishment. After graduating from UT Arlington, she attended Baylor College of Medicine - Houston Texas. Marnie also did some work with Stamford University's Medical Department, while her husband, Danny, took a job with a computer company in California. The computer company designed computer games, and Danny said working for this company for a couple of years would write him a ticket to anywhere he wanted to work. Danny and Marnie came back to Dallas, Texas, after living in California for a time. Danny applied for work with NAS, and was brought on board 2 or 3 year after applying. Marnie and Danny then moved to Maryland, I believe, where Marnie work in one of the top children hospitals in the DC area, and Danny worked for NSA. Recently Marnie and Danny moved back to San Antonio, (eg Danny's home turf), where Danny continues working with NSA, and Marnie is on the staff of Methodist Children's Hospital, working with some very sick kids. Marnie is a MD, board certified as a pediatrician with a specialty in anesthesiology. Danny and Marnie meet while attending UT Arlington. Danny also worked in the UT It department. UT Arlington ran their university on the solaris OS at that time, but who knows what they are running today. I'm proud of both Marnie and Danny.
