Efficiency is semi important but we are not letting any good swamp
land turn into oil/NG these days.  So even though the cost per watt
produced is higher it may be better then destroying more land for NG.

I am more in favor of growing oil producing vegetation instead of
sugar producing.  Getting engines running on vegi oil is better in the
long run.  Granted in some areas the cold weather is not able to
support that.
