That's what I'm working on.
There is a fellow in the phillipines (I believe) that has a subscriber base
of about 891,000 (follow the links on the "vets helping vets" page at my
website) that has a lot of that type of information.

Apparently he took it over after a army guy got killed in the pentagon on
911 and has been keeping it running.

I believe he states there are about 23 million vets out there.

I myself believe we can do the same for the homeless vets

Virgil:  Good planning may make a resource like this viable.  There are 
tons of veterans programs, military units, etc.  It would be nice to 
start a mail list for discussing what we could come up with that would 
accomplish a couple of goals.  And bring them all together.  A couple 
that come off the top of my head are:

        Connect people with their units

        Connect veterans with services that can help them.

Let's get my people with your people.
