I'll have to check that out. LMI does great against firewalls, fyi. I just don't think it gets much easier than LMI Rescue. I'll look at ShowMyPc. (Is that from the makers of GotoMyPC?) To be clear, LMI Rescue allows me to connect to THEIR pc, not mine. I need to connect to their PC, pull files to/from mine/theirs, then run things on theirs as though I'm right there at their PC.
