Grig - yes, sometimes people do go a bit too far off topic w/[NF] - like
the message "[NF] Most interesting spam ever". But, if you ignore ALL
the NF - you would have missed the great news from John.

That being said - what Ed suggested was probably the simplest solution
for you - to Filter the NF messages. You could have your e-mail client
program just trash the NF message automaitically. Although, my
suggestion - create a ProFox NF folder in your e-mail client program -
and have the messages filtered into there - and then just check it on
occasion. So you don't miss the good stuff - but, you can ignore that
"bad" stuff - and ALSO not let it flood your main Inbox...
