Hi Michael, I have competed in a number of rallies. They were always the finding your way with a set of directions sort of thing. The person who gets there in the "correct" time wins. Too slow you lose, too fast you lose, wrong place, you lose. If you get lost entirely there are a sealed set of emergency directions so you can get to the destination, but if you open them, you are eliminated.
