When I've attended conferences, user groups, etc.. Even if the subject is a little over my head, or way off subject for the things I work with, I pick up things from the structure of the programming demo's they show. The questions and comments made during the class can bring ah-ha moments to bring a clue about the subject matter.
There's all the networking that goes on, and birds-of-a-feather impromptu hallway sessions that can expand your thought process and get you to look outside the normal box you code in. Though I've not been able to attend the past two years. I'm still for these conferences. As for the cost, looks to still be determined: http://swfox.net HTH, Tracy -----Original Message----- From: Barry Hansen Sent: Tuesday, March 09, 2010 11:06 AM Being just a beginner at Foxpro my question is can I learn anything or is the information presented At the PHD level so I would not have a clue as to what is being presented ??? What is the cost ??? _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/000b01cabfa6$0f180830$2d4818...@com ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
