Just thinking outside of the box here a bit ...

What if you set up a DropBox.com account and did a
COPY TO C:\dropboxy\datafeed\myfeed WITH CDX
and let DropBox take care of the replication for you.  The file would by 
synced with as many remote locations as you needed.

If you need more security, you could always either zip the file, or zip 
and encrypt, etc.  The transportation part would be done however.
