Another point to keep in mind is that printers have an unprintable margin at the bottom of the page. Some printers are greedier than others. I have an HP and it declares almost a full 1/2" at the bottom unprintable. Reports look great on the screen for me, but if the page numbers in the footer are too low, they don't appear on the printed page.
